  1. Lead the development and implementation of automation systems for our manufacturing processes.
  2. Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation systems to ensure efficient and effective production.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and develop solutions.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for all automation systems.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve processes.
  6. Train and mentor junior automation engineers on best practices and techniques.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for automation systems.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their automation requirements and provide timely updates on project progress.
  9. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration activities to ensure optimal performance of automation systems.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
  12. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with automation systems in a timely manner.
  13. Collaborate with vendors to source necessary equipment and materials for automation projects.
  14. Manage project timelines and budgets for automation projects.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on automation systems and provide guidance to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Automation Engineering, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Automation Systems And Processes, Such As Plcs, Scada, And Mes

  • Experience With Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Implementation

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Colleagues
