  1. Develop and implement strategies for advancing research and development in the field of Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology at Genentech.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert and key spokesperson for Genentech in the area of MS and neuroimmunology, providing scientific leadership and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct clinical trials and studies to support the development of new treatments for MS and related disorders.
  4. Review and interpret scientific data and literature to inform decision making and drive innovation in the field.
  5. Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and other external experts to support the development and dissemination of cutting-edge research in MS and neuroimmunology.
  6. Provide medical expertise and guidance to support the development and execution of medical education and communication initiatives related to MS and neuroimmunology.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and developments in the field of MS and neuroimmunology, and leverage this knowledge to inform and guide Genentech's approach to these disorders.
  8. Participate in the development and review of regulatory submissions related to MS and neuroimmunology, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of medical professionals, providing guidance and support to drive excellence and innovation in their work.
  10. Represent Genentech at relevant scientific conferences and meetings, and actively contribute to the scientific community through publications and presentations.

Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification In Neurology Or A Related Field, With A Strong Focus On Multiple Sclerosis And Neuroimmunology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably As A Medical Director Or Similar Position.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Current Treatment Options And Research In Multiple Sclerosis And Neuroimmunology.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Clinical Trial Design And Execution In The Field Of Multiple Sclerosis And Neuroimmunology.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
