  1. Design and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  2. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for the production of pharmaceutical products.
  3. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in the manufacturing process.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing equipment and processes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  8. Identify and implement new technologies and methods to improve manufacturing processes and increase productivity.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall company performance and achieve business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Closely Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Pharmaceutical Production.

  • Experience With Process Validation, Equipment Qualification, And Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Six Sigma.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Innovative Solutions In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment.
