  1. Manage and optimize manufacturing assets to ensure efficient and effective production of life-saving medicines.
  2. Utilize technology and data analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance asset performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies that drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of manufacturing equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
  5. Develop and implement asset management strategies to prolong equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
  6. Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing assets.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in asset management processes.
  9. Train and mentor team members on asset management best practices and procedures.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in asset management technology to continuously improve processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on asset management performance and initiatives.
  12. Participate in project teams to support the design and implementation of new manufacturing assets.
  13. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of equipment and spare parts.
  14. Develop and maintain documentation and records related to asset management activities.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in asset management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Equipment Maintenance And Troubleshooting In A Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practices) Environment

  • Experience With Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Execution Of Manufacturing Equipment Projects

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Compliance Requirements For Manufacturing Facilities
