  1. Coordinate and manage the logistics operations for the timely delivery of medicines to patients worldwide.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of medicines.
  3. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
  4. Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medicines.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  6. Monitor and track shipments to identify and resolve any issues or delays.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to logistics operations.
  8. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in supply chain processes.
  9. Prepare reports and analysis on logistics performance metrics and present findings to management.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve the efficiency of logistics operations.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures related to supply chain operations.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
  13. Train and mentor junior logistics team members.
  14. Act as a point of contact for any logistics-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  15. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Related Field

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Analysis

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, Using Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Sap

  • Strong Understanding Of Logistics Processes And Best Practices, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Warehousing

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners
