  1. Develop and implement data and analytics strategy for the company, in line with the overall business objectives and goals.
  2. Lead a team of data analysts and scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful execution of projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and IT, to identify data and analytics needs and develop solutions that support business objectives.
  4. Drive the development and implementation of data management processes and standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
  5. Conduct data analysis, utilizing advanced statistical and analytical techniques, to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for the company.
  6. Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights and drive data-driven decision making.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data and analytics, and make recommendations for incorporating innovative tools and techniques into the company's strategy.
  8. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for data and analytics projects.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting a growth mindset and encouraging professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Data And Analytics Leadership Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Data-Driven Strategies To Drive Business Growth And Optimize Performance.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Python, And Tableau.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data Insights To Senior Management.
