- Lead and oversee clinical research programs to ensure their success and alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct and manage clinical trials, including study design, protocol development, data analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for clinical research projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.

- Continuously assess and manage risks associated with clinical research projects.

- Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards in conducting and reporting clinical research.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Clinical Research.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Leadership Or Project Management Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Ich/Gcp Guidelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Executing Clinical Trials, Including Experience With Protocol Development, Data Analysis, And Regulatory Submissions.
