  1. Conduct research and analysis on public policy issues related to the healthcare and biotechnology industry.
  2. Assist in creating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as government officials, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare organizations.
  3. Collaborate with the public affairs team to develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote the company's mission and initiatives.
  4. Monitor and track relevant legislation and regulations that could impact the company's business operations.
  5. Support the development of educational materials and resources to increase awareness and understanding of the company's products and services.
  6. Assist in organizing and coordinating events, including meetings, conferences, and other public affairs activities.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on public affairs and access issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Contribute to the company's social media presence by creating and sharing content related to public affairs and access initiatives.
  9. Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas for improving public affairs and access strategies.
  10. Complete assigned projects and tasks within established timelines and maintain accurate records of work.
  11. Continuously learn about the biotechnology industry and public affairs best practices to enhance professional growth and contribute to the team's success.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

  • Experience In Public Affairs, Government Relations, Or Access In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Policies Related To Public Affairs And Access In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Project Management Skills.
