Job Description

Genentech is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated intern to join our Learning & Development Department. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an Intern, you will play an integral role in helping us drive innovation and foster an environment of growth and development.To be successful in this role, you must have an interest in learning and development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others reach their potential. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous internship experience, research, and/or coursework in learning and development, human resources, or a related field is helpful, but not required.
