Job Description

  1. Conduct research and data analysis using computational methods to support structural biology projects.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement mathematical models and algorithms for analyzing biomolecular structures.
  3. Utilize various software and tools to visualize and interpret complex biological data.
  4. Assist in the design and execution of experiments to validate computational models and predictions.
  5. Keep up-to-date with advancements in computational biology and apply new techniques and methods to ongoing projects.
  6. Communicate findings and results to team members, as well as present at team meetings and conferences.
  7. Contribute to the development of new computational tools and software for structural biology research.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all research data and results.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to ethical guidelines in conducting research.
  10. Continuously learn and develop new skills in computational biology through workshops, seminars, and self-directed study.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And/Or C++.

  • Experience With Computational Modeling And Simulation Techniques For Protein Structure Prediction And Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Structural Biology Software And Databases, Such As Pymol, Rosetta, And Pdb.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data Sets And Communicate Findings Effectively.
