- Develop and maintain financial strategies and plans for the R&D portfolio based on company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and R&D activities.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the R&D portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost savings and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between finance and R&D teams, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key findings and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the R&D portfolio, working closely with R&D team leaders to accurately track expenses and allocate resources.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline financial operations.
- Stay informed of industry trends and market changes that may impact the R&D portfolio, and adjust financial strategies accordingly.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry And R&D Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
