We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Finance Portfolio Enabler for our Research and Development (R&D) division. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial strategies and operations of our R&D portfolio, enabling us to continue our mission of improving the lives of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry.   1. Develop and maintain financial strategies and plans for the R&D portfolio based on company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and R&D activities.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial performance of the R&D portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost savings and efficiency.
  4. Act as a liaison between finance and R&D teams, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key findings and potential risks.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  7. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the R&D portfolio, working closely with R&D team leaders to accurately track expenses and allocate resources.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline financial operations.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends and market changes that may impact the R&D portfolio, and adjust financial strategies accordingly.
  10. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry And R&D Processes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
