- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and success of Genentech.
- Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage and optimize company resources, including budget allocation and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Management And Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Prior Experience With Financial Systems And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, Is Highly Preferred.
