- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in the Ohio ecosystem to ensure timely and appropriate access to Genentech therapies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance coverage, reimbursement policies, and patient assistance programs to support healthcare providers in navigating the reimbursement landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Market Access, to ensure appropriate messaging and education on coverage and reimbursement policies for Genentech therapies.
- Conduct reimbursement and formulary presentations to healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders to promote understanding and access to Genentech therapies.
- Analyze reimbursement trends and provide insights and recommendations to management on potential areas for improvement.
- Educate healthcare providers on patient support resources and assist with enrollment in patient assistance programs.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, payer policies, and industry trends to ensure compliance and proactively address any potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers to support access and coverage for Genentech therapies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies to improve reimbursement processes and support patient access to Genentech therapies.
- Attend and participate in conferences, meetings, and other events to represent Genentech and promote understanding of reimbursement policies and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between Genentech and healthcare providers to address any reimbursement challenges and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and activities related to reimbursement and access to Genentech therapies.
- Provide training and support to new FRMs, as needed, to ensure consistency and quality in reimbursement activities.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including compliance and ethics standards, at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Pharmaceutical Reimbursement Or Healthcare Reimbursement.
Thorough Understanding Of Ohio Insurance Market And Reimbursement Policies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Reimbursement Strategies.
