You will utilize your expertise in CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) to lead cross-functional teams and drive efficient and effective CMC development activities.To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of CMC principles and a proven track record of successful external collaborations, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure successful collaboration and timely delivery of drug development programs.
  2. Utilize expertise in CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) to lead cross-functional teams and drive efficient and effective CMC development activities.
  3. Communicate effectively with external partners, internal stakeholders, and senior management to drive alignment and achieve project goals.
  4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of CMC milestones.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to CMC development and external collaborations.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement CMC strategies that align with overall project goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in CMC and external collaboration practices to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
  8. Lead negotiations and establish contracts and agreements with external partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to external partners to ensure alignment with company standards and expectations.
  10. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the CMC and external collaboration teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Discipline, Such As Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Cmc (Chemistry, Manufacturing, And Controls) In The Biopharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading External Cmc Collaborations, Including Managing Timelines, Budgets, And Deliverables.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Cmc For Biologics And Small Molecules.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
