  1. Lead the executive recruiting process for the AMERICAS region, including developing strategies and executing plans to attract top talent.
  2. Identify and understand the hiring needs of the company and work closely with leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  3. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to source and attract high-quality executive candidates.
  4. Utilize various recruiting methods, including networking, social media, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  5. Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure they align with the company's values, culture, and strategic objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified executive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  7. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in the selection and evaluation of candidates.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive recruiting to continuously improve the company's recruitment strategies.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company and attract top talent.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's mission, values, and culture to prospective candidates.
  12. Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the company's applicant tracking system.
  13. Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  14. Mentor and train junior members of the recruiting team to develop their skills and capabilities in executive recruiting.
  15. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development, to support the company's overall talent strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Experience In Executive Recruiting, Preferably In The Biopharmaceutical Industry.

  • Demonstrated Success In Leading And Managing A Team Of Recruiters, With A Track Record Of Meeting Hiring Goals And Building Strong Relationships With Internal Stakeholders.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of And Experience With Executive Search Methodologies, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates At The Executive Level.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Biopharmaceutical Landscape, Including Key Industry Trends, Competitors, And Talent Pools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Senior Leaders.
