- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for optimizing and measuring the effectiveness of our Targeting & Recommendation Product Suite.
- Lead and manage a team of analysts and data experts to execute on the optimization and measurement strategy.
- Utilize data analysis and insights to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements to the product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and integration of optimization and measurement efforts.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess the success of optimization efforts and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product optimization and measurement to continuously improve our processes.
- Utilize strong project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate progress and results to senior leadership.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement within the optimization and measurement function.
Extensive Experience In Product Strategy And Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Developing Successful Product Strategies, Bringing New Products To Market, And Driving Product Innovation. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Optimization Within The Product Suite.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Executive Director Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Product Managers, Analysts, And Developers. They Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team To Deliver Results.
Expertise In Optimization And Measurement Techniques: The Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Optimization And Measurement Techniques, Including A/B Testing, Multi-Variant Testing, And Other Statistical Methods. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Applying These Techniques To Drive Product Performance And Improve Customer Experience.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue And Profitability: The Executive Director Will Be Responsible For Driving Revenue And Profitability For The Targeting & Recommendation Product Suite. They Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Develop And Execute Strategies To Achieve Financial Goals.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Will Require Frequent Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Marketing, Sales, And It. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
