- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for the company's corporate brand, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Lead and manage the Corporate Brand & Digital Communications team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all corporate communications and digital platforms.
- Oversee the creation and execution of all corporate digital content, including website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze digital trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the company's digital presence and engagement with stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all corporate brand and digital communications initiatives, both internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, shareholders, and the media.
- Develop and manage the corporate brand and digital communications budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful strategies.
- Proactively identify and address any potential reputational risks or crises related to the company's brand and digital communications.

- Ensure all corporate brand and digital communications comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Set and maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency in all corporate brand and digital communications.
Extensive Experience In Corporate Branding And Digital Communications Within The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably At A Leadership Level.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Brand Strategies That Drive Business Growth And Enhance Brand Reputation.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Communications Platforms And Technologies, Including Social Media, Website Management, And Email Marketing.
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
