We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Medical Digital Engagement - Omnichannel (EPL) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our medical digital engagement strategy, driving engagement with healthcare professionals and patients across all channels. We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative individual who is passionate about leveraging digital technologies to enhance the impact of our medical affairs initiatives.   1. Develop and implement the medical digital engagement strategy for Genentech, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  2. Lead a team of digital engagement specialists and oversee their day-to-day activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives across all channels.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital space, and make recommendations for their implementation in our strategy.
  5. Drive engagement with healthcare professionals and patients through innovative and targeted digital campaigns.
  6. Analyze and interpret data to measure the success of digital initiatives and make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for digital engagement initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to digital engagement activities.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on medical digital engagement, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company.
  10. Represent Genentech at conferences and industry events related to digital engagement.
  11. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication within the team and across departments.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to medical digital engagement.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and technology partners.
  14. Lead by example in upholding Genentech's values and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Leading And Motivating Teams, As Well As The Ability To Work With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Driving Digital Transformation: The Director, Medical Digital Engagement - Omnichannel (Epl) Will Be Responsible For Driving Digital Transformation In The Medical Engagement Space. This Requires A Candidate With A Strong Background In Digital Innovation And The Ability To Identify And Implement New Technologies And Processes To Enhance Engagement With Healthcare Professionals And Patients.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Various Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership, Marketing Teams, And Healthcare Professionals. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders To Drive Successful Outcomes.

  • Knowledge Of Compliance And Regulatory Requirements: As A Director, Medical Digital Engagement - Omnichannel (Epl), The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Compliance And Regulatory Guidelines In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
