Cell Culture Pilot Plant Manager

1. Oversee the operation of the cell culture pilot plant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all processes.
2. Manage a team of scientists, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
3. Maintain a high level of quality control and ensure the production of consistent and high-quality cell culture materials.
4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of the cell culture process.

10. Act as a liaison between the pilot plant and other departments, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and professional development.
12. Represent the pilot plant and Genentech at conferences, meetings, and other industry events to showcase our innovative technology and products.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality, efficiency, and safety.
