  1. Operate and maintain bioprocess manufacturing equipment and systems according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  3. Prepare production materials and perform product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
  4. Follow cGMP guidelines and maintain accurate documentation of all manufacturing processes and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
  6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to bioprocessing and manufacturing.
  9. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  10. Participate in training programs to develop and enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  12. Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and meet production targets.
  14. Identify and report any issues or concerns that may impact production or product quality.
  15. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biotechnology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.

  • Familiarity With Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Fda Regulated Facility.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Follow Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Experience Operating And Troubleshooting Equipment Used In Bioprocess Manufacturing, Such As Bioreactors And Chromatography Systems.
