  1. Oversee the billing and credit processes for the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve billing and credit procedures and streamline processes.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, such as sales and finance, to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  4. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and vendors, to resolve any billing or credit issues.
  5. Monitor and analyze billing data to identify potential errors or discrepancies and take appropriate corrective action.
  6. Review and approve credit applications and establish credit limits for customers.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to billing and credit.
  8. Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk and protect the company's financial interests.
  9. Train and mentor team members on billing and credit processes, policies, and procedures.
  10. Provide regular reports to upper management on billing and credit activities and performance.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in billing and credit management.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation.
  13. Lead and manage a team of billing and credit professionals, setting clear goals and expectations and providing feedback and support.
  14. Handle escalated billing and credit issues and ensure timely resolution.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize billing and credit processes and enhance customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Billing And Credit Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis
