
Benefits Manager
Manage employee health and welfare programs and strategies in the areas of Health, Wellbeing, Family support, Disability and Disease prevention/management initiatives. Manage Time Away programs including Vacation, Holiday and Sabbatical including responding to evolving needs such as COVID-19. Design and promote wellbeing promotion / disability prevention programs and benefits related to physical and mental wellbeing. Monitor and understand benefits industry trends and best practices, and bring forth recommendations for consideration to deliver on our Employee Promise. Provide program and policy interpretation for People Support Solution, onsite nurse staff and outsourced vendors as needed.

Experienced in and working knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, GINA, FMLA, CFRA, PFL
