  1. Design, develop and implement automated systems and processes for the development and manufacturing of life-saving medicines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for automation, and develop solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  3. Conduct thorough research and stay updated on the latest automation technologies and trends in the pharmaceutical industry to continuously improve processes.
  4. Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues in automated systems.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in automated systems, ensuring minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.
  6. Train and educate team members on the use and maintenance of automated systems.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automated processes to ensure consistency and compliance with industry regulations.
  8. Monitor and analyze data from automated systems to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
  9. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to source and implement new automation equipment and technologies.
  10. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to implement new automated systems and processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with automated systems.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve existing automated systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all automation processes and systems.
  15. Proactively identify and implement cost-saving measures in automated processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Automation Engineering Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or C++.

  • Experience With Automation Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium, Appium, Or Robot Framework.

  • Familiarity With Agile Development Methodologies And Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd) Pipelines.
