Directs and is accountable for the success of the Vacaville Project Management Execution (PME) team. Develop and maintain a PME Center of Excellence for the Vacaville site. Build a strong pipeline of talent and robust succession plans within the PME group. Ensures a strong PME team through training, development, coaching and mentoring. Create a work environment with a strong team spirit, timely and effective communications, and appropriate sense of urgency to deliver on commitments. Inspire, motivate and support the PME team to ensure on schedule and on budget delivery of projects. Ensure the work environment (including project sites) are safe, secure, and compliant. Lead the performance review process of the PME team as contribute to that of other team members.
