Systems Support Administrator

• Research, recommend, and install hardware and software systems

• Configure and deploy computer systems and network devices

• Create and maintain system documentation

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner

• Develop creative solutions to technical issues

• Train end-users on the use of hardware and software

• Maintain inventory of equipment and software

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
