Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Store Planner to help develop and execute strategies that drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and possess a strong understanding of store operations and merchandising. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in store planning, visual merchandising, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or a related field; and a proven track record of success in developing and executing store plans and strategies. Exceptional communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team, are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute store plans and strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  2. Analyze store operations and merchandising to identify areas of improvement.
  3. Manage visual merchandising and store planning projects.
  4. Create presentations to communicate store plans and strategies to stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure store plans are properly implemented.
  6. Monitor and measure store performance to ensure goals are achieved.
  7. Develop customer-centric strategies to enhance customer experience.
  8. Maintain organized records and reports of store performance.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  10. Train and mentor store staff on store planning and visual merchandising techniques.
