Job Description

Furla is looking for a results-oriented Store Planner to join their team and help drive success in the business. In this critical role, you will be responsible for analyzing store performance, creating strategies for product assortment and placement, and managing new store openings.The ideal candidate is an experienced business professional with outstanding problem-solving skills, a flair for creative thinking, and a passion for customer service. We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset who can develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or a related field, as well as at least 3-5 years of experience in store planning and/or retail operations.We offer a dynamic, fast-paced working environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze store performance and identify areas of improvement.
  2. Develop strategies for product assortment and placement.
  3. Manage new store openings.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations accordingly.
  5. Develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  6. Maintain accurate records of store operations and inventory.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Create and implement training initiatives for store staff.
  10. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement initiatives to improve it.
