Job Description

FURLA is looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring our social media strategy across all platforms to ensure maximum brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.This is a full-time position and requires a high degree of creativity, detail-orientation, and an understanding of the ever-evolving social media landscape. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with FURLA’s brand and business objectives.
  2. Create engaging content for all social media platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
  3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media in an efficient and professional manner.
  4. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, including KPIs, engagement, and sentiment, to ensure continual optimization of the social media strategy.
  5. Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media, content, and influencer marketing.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
  7. Manage relationships with influencers to secure partnerships and endorsement opportunities.
  8. Develop and manage social media budgets and campaigns.
