FURLA is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help advance our company mission of providing luxurious, timeless, and unique Italian accessories. As our Social Media Manager, you will be a crucial part of our digital marketing team responsible for developing and executing our digital strategy across multiple social media channels. We are looking for someone who has a passion for the social media landscape, creative vision, experience managing campaigns, and exceptional communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with FURLA's mission and goals.
  2. Manage and optimize all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Create engaging content for all social media platforms.
  5. Track and analyze key metrics to measure performance and adjust strategies, as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  8. Develop and manage an editorial calendar for social media campaigns.
  9. Manage and coordinate social media campaigns.
  10. Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers in the industry.
