Job Description

FURLA is looking for an organized, enthusiastic Retail Training Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain and improve training standards across our retail network. The ideal candidate has a passion for training, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to think outside the box.We’re looking for an individual who can help us create and deliver engaging and effective training programs that will keep our retail staff informed and motivated. The Retail Training Coordinator will work with our retail teams to ensure that training is up to date and that our team members have the skills and knowledge to provide the best customer service possible.Qualifications for the Retail Training Coordinator position include a bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field, plus two to five years of experience in retail training or a related field. The successful candidate will also have excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition, a background in retail sales and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the retail network.
  2. Create and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
  3. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  4. Provide guidance and support to retail staff on training programs.
  5. Develop and implement initiatives to improve training standards across the retail network.
  6. Utilize project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Evaluate and update existing training programs to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
  8. Research new training methods and techniques to ensure training best practices are being used.
  9. Provide feedback and recommendations to the retail management team.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities.
