Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze retail operations to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
  2. Develop, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of retail operations.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and use insights to create strategies for improving the customer experience.
  4. Work with store managers to ensure implementation of retail operations plans.
  5. Manage stock levels and analyze inventory to ensure the right products are available in the right stores.
  6. Monitor store performance data and provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
  7. Support the development of new products and services in the retail environment.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers.
  9. Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial and operational regulations.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations on key findings and recommendations.
