Furla is looking for an experienced Retail Operations Analyst to join our team and help drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in retail operations, a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and advanced knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Furla retail stores.
Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize store performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
Create and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Monitor store performance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other teams to develop effective marketing initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations highlighting key insights and trends in the retail industry.
Identify and address potential risks and opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the retail operations field.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
