We also expect you to have a comprehensive understanding of store operations and retail processes. You should be technically proficient and comfortable using data visualisation and analysis tools. Responsibilities:

Analyze retail data to identify trends and develop strategies to drive profitable growth.
Monitor store operations and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize data visualisation and analysis tools to draw insights from retail data.
Develop reports and presentations to share insights on retail operations with upper management.
Create and manage processes to ensure efficient retail operations.
Provide technical support to other departments in the company.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Track and monitor key performance metrics.
