Job Description

Furla is looking for a motivated and passionate Product Development Assistant to join our product team. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual with a creative eye and an aptitude for problem-solving. If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a knack for multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of the product development process. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn and who can interact with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field, as well as prior experience in product development or related roles. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of new product designs and prototypes, including research, sourcing materials, and specifying components.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
Maintain detailed records of product development processes, including product specifications, costings, and timelines.
Create product presentations, line plans, and other visuals to communicate product ideas to stakeholders.
Ensure all product development activities are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Monitor and report on competitor product offerings to stay ahead of the competition.
Provide administrative support to the product development team, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating travel.
Ensure all project deadlines are met and that the product development process is operating efficiently.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to create graphics and visuals.
