Product Development Assistant

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Product Development Assistant to join the Furla team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and have a creative eye for fashion. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Product Development department in the design and production of our luxury leather goods.This position requires a candidate with an understanding of the fashion industry, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design and development of Furla's luxury leather goods, including research and product development.
2. Work closely with the Product Development department to ensure the timely delivery of quality products.
3. Maintain up to date and accurate records of product designs and development progress.
4. Track product costs and manage supplier relationships.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products meet customer expectations and corporate objectives.
6. Monitor trends in the fashion industry and provide input on new product designs.
7. Support the team in the preparation of product presentations and other marketing materials.
8. Provide administrative support to the Product Development department, as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
10. Participate in team meetings and coordinate with other departments.
