Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Product Development team as a Product Development Assistant at Furla. This position requires a detailed-oriented professional with a passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of the product development process. The ideal candidate will have an eye for design and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Business, or a related field, as well as 1-2 years of experience in product development or related fields. You should also have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment and have a passion for the Furla brand.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of new product designs, from concept to completion.
Monitor the product development process to ensure timely and accurate completion.
Research and analyze current fashion trends to inform product designs.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of product development processes and progress.
Analyze feedback from customers and provide suggestions to improve product designs.
Collaborate with the product development team to identify and address issues.
Monitor and provide updates on production timelines and costs.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
