Furla is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Product Development Assistant to join our team. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of fashion, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. If you are ready to help us create beautiful handbags, leather goods, and accessories, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, product development, or related field• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product development, product management, and/or fashion design• Proven track record of success in developing and launching high-quality products• Strong understanding of materials and production processes• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and 3D modeling software

Responsibilities: • Develop and design new products for Furla that meet current fashion trends and customer preferences • Research materials and production processes to ensure high-quality products • Create 3D models and prototypes of products to demonstrate concepts • Work with internal teams to ensure products meet design and quality expectations • Oversee the production of products, ensuring quality control standards are met • Track and update product development timelines and budgets • Prepare product presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure products are marketed and sold effectively • Respond to customer feedback and adjust product designs accordingly
