Job Description

Furla is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to join our product development team as a Product Development Assistant. This role requires someone with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can work collaboratively with our product development and design teams. If you are an eager learner with enthusiasm for the Furla brand and a passion for product development, then we want to hear from you!The ideal candidate should have experience in the fashion industry, a background in product development, and a strong understanding of product development processes. They should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. They should also have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure. In addition, they should have the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assist product development and design teams in the creation of new product designs.
Research and develop innovative product solutions.
Maintain accurate records of product development processes.
Monitor product development timelines and ensure deadlines are being met.
Assist in the preparation of product materials for presentation.
Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders and incorporate into product designs.
Develop and update product databases.
Monitor industry trends to ensure Furla is staying up to date with the latest fashion trends.
Work with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the product development process.
