Product Development Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams to develop new product ideas and ensure deadlines are met.
2. Manage and organize the product development process, including tracking progress, coordinating samples, and ensuring accuracy of all product specs.
3. Create and maintain product development reports and documentation.
4. Stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs to ensure products are up to date and on trend.
5. Research new fabrics, trims, and other materials as needed.
6. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
7. Assist in the development of product presentations and presentations to customers.
8. Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and PLM systems to develop and manage products.
9. Assist in the implementation of product development processes and procedures.
10. Ensure all products meet quality standards.
