Job Description

Furla is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant, Retail to join our team! We are an Italian luxury goods retailer with a passion for creativity and innovation. This position is focused on working with internal teams and external partners to coordinate the marketing efforts for our retail stores. The ideal candidate has a background in retail marketing and strong communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our retail stores.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful marketing campaigns.

• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.

• Analyze data from past campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

• Monitor the performance of campaigns and report back to internal stakeholders.

• Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives.

• Design promotional materials for retail stores.

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback.

• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
