Partner with the heads of business groups to drive organizational culture and to effectively facilitate and manage organizational change. Assess organizational morale; conduct "pulse checks;" develop and recommend ways to optimize employee engagement, commitment and productivity including communication, rewards, involvement programs, etc. Partner with the leadership team to align performance measures with compensation systems. Design and administer bonus and incentive compensation plans. Manage the performance coaching process, disciplinary review and action plans. Assess legal risk and determine when legal counsel should be involved. Ensure a strong open door environment. Manage a full spectrum of employee relations activities including compliance-related programs, legal investigations and interventions, policy development and management, employee counseling, management coaching, and employee communications.
