- Provide exceptional operational support to the team of Wealth Advisors in managing clients' wealth and financial success.
- Ensure the highest level of trust and security is maintained for clients' assets and investments.
- Utilize strong understanding of trust operations to assist in managing clients' accounts.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of trust operations.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless and efficient services to clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding any operational inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify any operational issues or discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory standards in regards to trust operations.
- Continuously strive to improve and streamline trust operations processes.
- Attend trainings and stay updated on industry changes and best practices in trust operations.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the wealth management division at Frost Bank.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Trust Operations, Preferably In A Wealth Management Or Financial Services Setting.
Knowledge Of Trust And Estate Administration, Including Fiduciary Accounting, Tax Regulations, And Legal Documentation.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And External Partners In A Professional Manner.
