- Designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunication systems to ensure efficient and seamless communication within the organization
- Conducting regular assessments and audits of the current voice infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to voice systems, including network connectivity, call quality, and hardware malfunctions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new solutions to meet the changing needs of the organization
- Providing technical support and guidance to end-users, including training and troubleshooting assistance
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in voice technology to make recommendations for system enhancements and improvements
- Managing relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services and products
- Maintaining accurate documentation of voice systems, configurations, and processes for future reference and troubleshooting purposes
- Participating in on-call rotations and responding to emergency situations outside of regular business hours, if needed

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Voice Communication Systems.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Voice Technologies, Including Voip, Sip, And Pbx Systems.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze And Resolve Complex Voice Network Issues.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
