- Maintain and optimize voice communication systems to ensure seamless communication within the organization and with clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the voice communication systems.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and solutions for improved voice communication.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure the security and reliability of the voice systems.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in voice communication technology.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on the voice communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to voice communication systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or outages.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities in the voice communication systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their communication needs and provide effective solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance the overall performance and user experience of the voice communication systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support and emergencies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Voice Engineering, Preferably In A Banking Or Financial Institution.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, And Other Voice Technologies.
Strong Understanding Of Voip Protocols, Sip, And Qos.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
