
User Experience Designer I

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and user needs, and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience by incorporating user feedback and usability best practices into design iterations.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and user research.
- Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency and alignment with Frost Bank's brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the user experience and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Maintain and update UI/UX design standards and guidelines.
- Proactively identify and address any design-related issues or challenges.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Represent Frost Bank's commitment to exceptional user experience in all design work.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Frost Bank's products and services to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously seek feedback and incorporate it into design iterations to improve the overall user experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.
2+ Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Figma.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
