1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to the bank with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Conduct accurate and efficient customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
3. Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
4. Maintain knowledge of all bank policies, procedures, and products to accurately answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
5. Handle and balance cash drawers, including identifying and resolving discrepancies.
