1. Greet and welcome customers to Frost Bank in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate and efficient transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
3. Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about bank products and services.
4. Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Maintain cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
6. Keep up-to-date on all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty.
8. Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
10. Ensure the security of bank and customer assets by following proper procedures for cash handling and transaction processing.
11. Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
13. Attend trainings and meetings to stay informed about bank policies and procedures.
14. Adhere to all federal and state banking regulations.
15. Other duties as assigned by the branch manager or supervisor.
