Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner while processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. • Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to customer banking needs. • Assist customers in opening new accounts, processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. • Balance and reconcile cash drawer daily. • Monitor customer account activity for suspicious transactions and report any fraudulent activity to the appropriate personnel. • Cross-sell banking products and services to customers. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
