Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to Frost Bank customers.
2. Assist customers with their financial needs and account inquiries.
3. Follow established procedures for customer transactions.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely service.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
6. Remain organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
7. Adhere to all banking regulations and policies.
8. Monitor and maintain cash levels in the teller drawer.
9. Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
10. Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
11. Balance teller drawer daily and accurately resolve discrepancies.
12. Assist with special projects as needed.
