Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service while processing banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
2. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling customer information.
3. Answer customer inquiries regarding banking services and products.
4. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
5. Assist customers in resolving issues with their accounts.
6. Cross-sell bank products and services.
7. Balance daily transactions and reconcile cash drawer.
8. Assist with other duties as needed.
